We build in person near Paris. The forge runs hotter when everyone is in the room: faster iteration, fewer Slack threads, more whiteboards. Remote is on the table for the right person in the right role, but onsite is the default and the default we hire for.

Open-source time

Paid weekly hours to contribute to OSS. Our Unity MCP server is the proof. Engagement with the broader craft is part of the job.

Big studios extract dedication and pay it back in burnout. We do the opposite: we expect commitment to the title and we tie compensation directly to its success.
